It would be too much to hope for a hardcover, wouldn't it?
All the books I've received from Brazil have been tradebacks, most of which are designed well and don't look too trashy.
As for the three digit code, I've had to give the same thing to Book Depository, PS Publishing, and a few other places. It seems places in general online are getting more picky about debit/credit cards. I think Amazon might be the only online vendor that hasn't demanded that from me yet.
