Yes. They cut too much and replaced it with their own unnecessary stuff. I don't get it. Especially since their replacement stuff was always less interesting than the stuff they cut.


I know you're not a Hagrid fan, but one of my favorite scenes here was him coming out of his hut swinging. When Bellatrix burns it down uncontested and they just keep walking...

I understand they were trying to save that one for the end of DH, but how could it have possibly happened the way it was portrayed in this film? It's not even plausible that no one would notice all that mayhem.
