Those who found Kvothe insufferable and Gary Stu-esque in the first novel will likely plain hate him here


This was me. I liked The Name of the Wind a lot, but I wanted to punch Kvothe in the face so bad the whole time. That, or for something really horrible to happen to him to knock him down to size. I guess that doesn't happen in this book either? Ah well.

I think this one will have to wait until I can get it from the library. Should be fun though!
