Why is it figuring pounds if it's from a seller in New Mexico?

Anyway, I've already bought the book for like $33, which sucks but I don't know if I would have been cool with moderate water damage.
Thanks for looking out for me, though. If you have much experience shopping for rarish books online, maybe you have a method you'd like to share? I find the vast redundancy of internet searches to be kinda nauseating.
UPDATE: Been looking around this site now, seems pretty cool. The descriptions of book condition are detailed, and the amount of results I'm getting is more than expected. What's conversion rate nowadays anyway? A pound was about a dollar a half years back when that mattered to me. . .

You can save even more by not buying e-readers or books.

Other than their locked-down format support, Kindles are great, yeah.
