The Martells are not. Arianne and Aegon are full cousins, Doran might balk at that alright.
Tywin married Joanna, who was his cousin, and Cersei's sleeping with Lancel wasn't labeled as incest either. I don't think first-cousins marrying is considered that big a deal in Westeros.
