It's good for people to be brought out of their shells, and it's good for me to work on my social skills. Worst that happens is I get blown off as a nice-but-slightly-overbearing stranger by someone I will probably never see again.

Realizing that most people really don't think twice about you is quite liberating, honestly.


i know i'll never see these people again but it still bothers me about what they might think about me even though i'll definitely be out of their minds probably by the end of the day

i have an issue with going out of my way to conform to a social norm
