Rarely. Stephen Send a noteboard - 31/03/2012 04:59:50 PM
The only two I consciously stopped reading in recent years were David and Leigh Eddings' Redemption of Althalus and a Brett Easton Ellis whose title I cannot remember.

There's plenty of books I put aside intending to get back to after another book but have been left unread for several months/upwards of a year.
