I'm kind of surprised it's even a question, I would hate to go through life having to finish everything and anything I start. That could be why I'm not a fan of going to the movies- once you're in the theatre you feel stuck and you have to kind of sit through it.

Generally movies can hold my interest though... Although I only watch 2 to 4 in the theatre per year.

And it's irritating because half the time I'm just moody and half the time I won't really like it no matter how much I read it, and you can't tell if you don't give it another shot.

I don't have that, I can usually tell if it's something I could possibly like, just not right then. There are some books/authors I will enjoy absolutely all of the time (Catherine Asaro, etc) but there are others that I have to be in the mood for.

Yeah... I have trouble telling. It can be tough, because it means I'll misjudge a book one way or the other. I'll always give them another shot though, before putting it down for good. Sometimes two or three more shots. ;)
