So assuming that Martin wants to give them a somewhat good ending (and not a everyone except a few hardy survivors die or he doesn't do something truly odd with the fire and ice gods but more a status quo ending) I predict that John of the wall will marry Daenerys and they will rule the kingdom.

Reasons: Well it has all ready been hinted rather bluntly that Jon is a bastard of the late king and we know Daenerys claim but in the history of the three kingdoms there has never been a queen and women are definitely seen as second class citizens. She has dragons yes but even that may not be enough to overcome the cultural issues. This way Jon can use the dragons Daenerys can be powerful (as John may listen to her) and hopefully they can figure out inbreeding is not really a good idea....
