but for me the farseer and liveship trilogy represent two of the greatest story arcs of all time

And, while I didn't DISLIKE them...I'm just not enthralled either. The last book of her first trilogy is just sitting on my shelf, half read. I have no particular urge to read it, besides finishing it.
