It isn't a history book. Сталин Send a noteboard - 01/09/2009 03:10:23 PM
Fisk is a journalist, so his stories only cover events that he has been able to find eyewitnesses to. In some cases, the eyewitnesses are very old and the interviews were taken a long time ago (such as for the Armenian genocide of 1915, World War I or the immediate aftermath). However, the story is a contemporary one.
