If that is true then there will be some significant differences in Elder Scrolls V from the previous games as far as factions and the political situation is concerned. I won't say anymore to prevent spoiling anything, but the book introduces a significantly different Tamriel from that last seen in Oblivion. I can't wait for Elder Scrolls V to come out. Hopefully its only a year or two away at most....
