Nope. Sanderson expects ToM to be out this year. As you yourself posted on the WoTMB.
Several hours after writing the above, yes. Sanderson was saying a while back that he thought that ToM might slip to 2011. Good news that this won't be the case.
Assuming ADWD is released in 2010, it'll be interesting to see how the two books do. AFFC shifted roughly half what KoD did when they were released almost simultaneously in 2005, whilst TGS only appears to have modestly increased its sales over KoD's hardcover release. Interesting to see if ADWD's sales are significantly higher than AFFC's (based on the sharp rise of sales of the rest of the series since AFFC, it should do a lot better, whilst still highly unlikely to reach WoT's level).
