I loathe debates like this, because I always find myself having to defend pedophiles. Oh, we should cut off their balls? Should we cut off the hand of a thief, and have a mandatory death penalty for murder?


Those kinds of punishments are, in my opinion, just an expression for people's lust for revenge. It certainly isn't deacreasing criminality rates.
