How can you get more black and white than that?


"Chemical castration is completely safe and effective" is infinitely more black and white than what Tim said.

Obviously he was using hyperbole, but he's right. Calling it "castration" without the modifier "chemical" does make it sound a lot worse than what it really is. It clouds the issue and doesn't allow for proper investigation or debate.
