Last I checked (yesterday) Dan Choi is still in, not discharged, it really bothers me that a guy currently holding a commission is handcuffing himself to a fence in uniform, that's like a no-no hat trick.


I had thought he was out.

Perhaps he's in some kind of weird limbo while things are processed. The military loves that one.

Choi's a brave man and a good officer. He may well have made a mistake in this one by standing up for what he believes in - but you know, that kind of is what the US is based on.
