but this law won't stop those from happening. Unless police men are going to start stopping every Hispanic-looking person they come across (which they can't, as that would be racial profiling), then it is inevitable that they will be stopping mostly perfectly legal aliens and citizens far more often than they will be stopping violent drug cartel members who are already trying to avoid notice and have the financial backing to produce false IDs.

And in anycase, where did you see me "blaming the victims"? At no point did I speak about the small minority of people who've suffered personal damage from illegal aliens.
