I am rather cynical of the Arizona police force. While I've met some good officers here and there, a lot of them are just rude and I've had some hispanic friends that have been hassled by them for little to no reason, and there are also plenty of reports of racist incidents involving the police. So I'm a bit unforgiving of their ability to NOT racially profile with this law. I'm sure there are officers that will behave responsibly, but I'm equally sure there are plenty of officers that will NOT.

I'm okay with this law in theory and on its own merits...I simply do not believe it will be ethically implemented.
