Dallas is a long ways from the border but 70% of the children born in county hospitals are born to illegal immigrants.


this was *one* hospital during a single three-month period in 2006, not indicative of the entire dallas area as a whole.

besides that, as i said above, the issue is that the businesses who employ illegal immigrants should be prosecuted, not the illegal immigrants themselves. if the illegals have no economic incentive to come across then the problem will solve itself in due time.
