but really, all animals warm my heart.

Today was worth living because some stupid sparrow didn't fly QUITE low enough to get out the barn door and smacked his head on it and stunned himself. I cleaned up the cut over his eye and kept him from the cats until he recovered enough to fly away from me. Hopefully he's not too brain damaged and doesn't fly into a cat's mouth anyways.

But helping that little birdy made me feel all warm and fuzzy happy inside.

It helped that he didn't panic-poop on me. That made me love him a lot more :P
