Toyn Blair's youngest son Leo was born whilst he was in #10 (although the Blairs actually lived in #11, as the living accomodations were larger). IIRC that was about ten years ago. That was the first time in 150 years that a sitting PM had a child whilst in office, a reflection of the average age of PMs coming down a lot.

Cameron's new child is due in September, IIRC.


It was rather noticeable on the video images of Samantha listening to his speech, hence the question.
