I don't think anyone is questioning the fact that the cop followed them to the hospital and tried to stop them. I think it's the fact that once he realized what was going on he should have let them go into the hospital and wait to see if it was really an emergency situation. Once that was confirmed, as it obviously was, that should have been the end of it. The rest is just ridiculous. I have great respect for the officers out there doing there job but this sounds like an office on a power trip to me.
