1. Did you vote for President Obama?
Yes. I didn't vote in the primaries, which I regret. I was unaware that you could vote in the primaries if you could vote in the election, and I was 17 when the primary happened.
2. Do you feel he is knowledgeable about foreign relations?
Yes. I am generally pleased with his handling of foreign relations.
3. Are you happy with the way he is handling the "War" that isn't a war in the Iraq and Afghanistan?
Yes. We have a moral obligation to remain there.
4. Do you feel he has helped or hindered the US's image in the world? Why/How?
This is beyond my knowledge, although I would suspect we are more popular in Europe at this time.
5. How do you feel he's handled the BP oil spill situation?
The complete inability of the federal government to mobilize an effective response to the spill is matched only by the complete inability of the federal government to mobilize an effective response to Katrina. It has been an unmitigated disaster.
6. Do you feel like he has lived up to the hype of his campaign?
No. I didn't expect him to do so.
7. What do you feel he has done "right" as the President?
Sending additional troops to Afghanistan.
8. What do you feel he has completely missed the mark on as president?
Not pushing through effective health care reform and allowing a uselessly watered-down version to pass.
9. Do you believe that we'd be in a full fledged depression if he hadn't pushed through those bail-out and stimulus packages? If no, why not?
I think the bailouts for the bank were the right idea. I don't know if the stimulus packages were.
10. If you answered YES to #1, and the election was in November, would you vote for Obama again?
Over McCain? Yes. Over Clinton? Absolutely not.
