I had a lot of problems like that when I had my moped. Cars would wiz around me (illegally over double-line lane dividers, I might add) because GOD FORBID I was only going 35 on a 40 mph road (Which, while frustrating to them, is not a crime). Or worse, was when they did it when I'd be going 35 on a 30 mph road!!
It'd be less frustrating if they gave space when they did it, but I was almost clipped by someone's side mirror once. Just because I'm only in part of the lane, does NOT mean you have the right to use up the other parts and almost clip me >
The law has EXPLICITLY said that I am not a bicycle and you cannot share my lane
Oh, I really loved it once when I was turning left into my house off the road (I lived right on a "busy" street). I signaled a good distance before (But not too long) and gave warning flashes with my brakes...and the jackass STILL almost tail ended me and blared his horn and cursed at me as I slowed to turn and he jolted around.
Point is, some people are just fuckin' assholes on the road.
