Lobbying against the murder of Christians in the Muslim world.
CAIR is a US organization created to protect the interests of Muslims in the US. What does it have to do with lobbying against the murder of Christians in the Muslim world? That's the job of organizations like Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch and the like, or the organizations who specifically aim at protecting the Christians in the Muslim world (can't say I know any; there aren't very many Christians to protect). CAIR and other American Muslim organizations are not responsible for what the governments of Muslim countries do, and even less for what non-government actors in those countries do.
In any case, "lobbying" isn't exactly going to do much good. In the Pakistani case you described, the government obviously failed in its duty, but we all know the Pakistani government doesn't control all of Pakistan, and merely lobbying them isn't going to change that. I've never heard of the Indonesian case you mentioned, but feel free to provide me with a link and I'll check it out.
