I've never knowingly flirted with another guy, so I don't know. Guys have flirted with me, but I didn't realize it (see the social cues comment above) until someone else pointed it out to me. I can't imagine there is much difference, though.

Depends on the people involved. It is possible, but there has to be a level of maturity to make it work.
