I don't understand what all the gender tests entail, and I don't have an opinion on what should qualify as "male" and what "female." I've read a little bit about the various disorders and it sounds like it gets pretty confusing. If she IS male though, as determined by whoever the authorities are, then she definitely should not be allowed to keep her championship. It's not fair to take it from her when she didn't intentionally break the rules, but it's even less fair to the other competitors, the athletes holding the records (records that Semenya smashed, and likely will never be broken if allowed to stand), and so on.
