Employers are unscrupulous bastards and will stoop to anything, so keep your FB private and don't add your manager as a friend. Your manager is not your friend, ever, they are your boss. Also, when applying for a job, expect them to Google you.

Well, I'm of the opinion that everyone deserves to play hookie every now and then, as long as it's not a habit.
But I think a lot of people aren't as laid back as I am.
