No because if she doesn't have to wear it then she (or her parents?) are making a choice to and so she can follow the school dress code with out going against her religion.



I have to agree here 100%. If it's not REQUIRED by the religion, then the school should not have to accommodate her, because at that point it's a choice, just like any other kid in school makes a choice to follow or disregard the rules.
