How would you ever get another loan? Unless you're happy with the idea of renting for the rest of your life, even after retirement when your income will be shit, don't you end up homeless if you do this? I'm confused.


Certainly if you go bankrupt it "disappears" after 7 years. Oddly enough, if you declare Chapter 7 bankruptcy, you can get lots of loans right away sometimes. Why? Because you can't declare bankruptcy again for 7 years so they can sue you for what you owe them if you default before that. It amuses.
