Each match. For instance, in the last Cup, the U.S. played Ghana. The match would be played in either the U.S. or Ghana. If it was a match between England and Brazil, the match would be played in one of those countries.


that already happens within a continent as the qualifiers but it works because it is building up to a tournament... it is sort of like saying Woodstock was good but it would have been better if every band that took part had played a gig in their home town at some point instead
