Still, he should be gone by March. Now we are faced with the more conservative Fine Gael, and or the centre-left Labour. Neither party have been overly impressive recently, though my first preference will probably go to Labour.

What's up with everyone else's government at this present day? Anything as fun as the above going on?

I do believe I live in one of the few countries with a valid claim of having even more messed up politics than Ireland as of right this instant, yes. It's been since last June and we still don't have a new government, but in reality it's really more like since 2007.


Yes, that must be disconcerting. is there any indication of a solution coming soon, or will it likely be fresh elections?
