It wasn't awful, I like my family, but my cousin's was just not how I'd want it for myself. First of all: mostly family, hardly friends. I'd have it vice versa. And then he had this elderly guy behind a keyboard playing awfully lame songs and "singing" accordingly. No way. At least the weather was nice.
That sounds tedious... Wonder what made them think this was a good idea? It also sounds like some poorly executed birthday parties I've been to. I think some people just don't have that many friends, so they end up inviting family?
Certainly. That's why we agreed on everyone paying their own rooms. So worth it.
That's certainly a great way to reduce costs and make such a wedding more attainable.
That's why I never get how some people can get married in November or February. If it rained on my wedding day, I'd rather die
But yeah, you never know...

But yeah, you never know...
Maybe they like cold weather and rain?

If you don't want drama, don't invite family. Seriously, listen to the voice of experience here.

How can you *not* invite family? Family is all that matters. *NM*

That entirely depends on how you define family.

In your opinion. For me, as an example, it is the people I care for and respect that matter.
