or 99% that there is nothing?

Technically speaking, atheists don't just believe that there is no God. They believe there is no ANYTHING. So if you're 99% sure there is no god, but only 90% sure there's nothing, then you're sitting at 94.5% and you can't really round up to 100 any more :P
