I believe he was born in Hawaii but if we are going to criticize people lets try and keep the facts straight. Obama refuses to release his actual birth certificate but has instead released a certificate of life birth which isn't the same thing. Personally I suspect the reason Obama refuses to release the actual birth certificate is he wants the controversy so he can call people on the right crazy. Coming from a guy who hired a truther and ran on the idea that he wanted to get beyond petty attacks I think it tells us a lot about is characters or lack there of. It also tells us a lot about the judgment of the people who are still buying that line of BS.


As to your main point I think it is perfectly within the rights of the state of Arizona to demand that anyone who runs on their ballet for president actually meets the legal requirements for the office. That is one of the legal requirements. If liberals were really as offended by this issue as the claim they should welcome a law to ensure we don't have the same issue come up again in the future.
