Not at all, snobby would be if he said he loved reading and listed the books he'd read then you had discounted him since he didn't read what you viewed as "real books".

2. Is reading important enough to you that you wouldn't date someone because they didn't read?

It isn't the result of deliberate intent on my part, rather I suspect that in establishing enough shared interest to date someone it ends up with the same result.

I think being a straight man might have helped me though - in my experience more women read than men.

5. Where would you suggest a book lover find... a lover?

Buy a white van, black out the windows, hang out outside bookstores, kidnap any hot men you see leaving with piles of books. Some might have to be thrown back straight away, if it turns out the books aren't for them... but sooner or later you'll find the right one to keep locked in your cellar until Stockholm Syndrome kicks in:|
