I bought McAfee anti-virus product a year ago. Today, it was automatically renewed. For $79.99 - while the price to renew or even to buy the new product is $49.99 on the website. I send them an email, please do a price adjustment. They say, "no, but we can give you a full refund and then you can repurchase." Fine whatever. But, how lame, and how stupid and how shady. Way to build distrust in your customers by taking advantage of them.
