And the receptionist is wearing glasses. Somehow I don't think this is good pr.

I am not sure how I feel about laser treatment, and have decided not to explore my feelings on the subject either.

So instead, I'm posting a survey!

This was a good survey!

1. Do you wear glasses or contacts?

Yes. Contacts most days, glasses once in a while.

Should you?

Yes, can't see without contacts or glasses

2. How bad/good is your eye sight?

-5.0 and -3.75

3. Would you ever consider getting your eyes lasered?

I have considered it, and decided against it. I'm just not willing to take the risk (though I know it is a very low risk), and wearing contacts works just fine for me. It's more expensive in the long term, but also carries a lower risk. So for me, its worth it.

4. Have you had laser surgery? Are you happy with it?

No.

5. Would you be able to survive without glasses or contacts?

No, I'm practically blind without them.

6. If you would get laser surgery, what would your reasons be?

If there were a way to guarantee perfect eye sight after the surgery and no risk of complications, I would have had the surgery.

One of my main reasons for getting surgery is that my eye sight is rather poor. If I ever get into an emergency situation without my glasses or contacts, I'm unlikely to be doing well.
