and while it isn't a perfect comparison to the situation, I as a non-lawyer find it to be a very similar situation, so as a lawyer Tom please point to me the difference between this situation and the past supreme court case Perry v. United States (1935).
It would amuse me to see the 14th Amendment used to side-step the debt ceiling argument
