While I'm not sure that would ever happen, it's not a lunatic demand. It's actually a fairly reasonable one and I think that it does help shelter commercial banks and their depositors from the volatility of investment banking.

I still don't understand why they think camping out in a park downtown and shitting all over the place, ruining the grass and disrupting traffic helps forward that agenda, or why demonstrations in NY are justified. Lobby your politicians already.
