I even forgot to ask them to fix my blinker lights. I just said ... "I'll pay for the oil change and see about this other stuff later. Let me leave ... " ...
also, I scheduled the appointment at 10 am, they said (one in a half hours) ... it was just before 2pm when they called me. It took them 4 hours to change oil and check up on the car, its a busy shop, but that was ridiculous. Good thing I had a friend living nearby who I paid an impromptu visit to.
And I told them when I dropped it off "The right side blinker lights are out ..." that apparently never got to the mechanics.
