Seriously! I'm flabbergasted Aeryn Send a noteboard - 06/02/2012 04:42:42 PM
Generally I'd put heat on the back of my knees and calves and ice the front. Plus I used a lot of anti-inflammatories.

Might be worth going to see a physio or osteopath to help fix the tendon problem. I tend to avoid doctors in those circumstances.

Btw, looked up the drug online. Pretty scary side effects!

My reaction to all this, is "Wtf?!"

I've always suspected doctors do more harm than good (cipro/tendonitis) (NSSP). - 06/02/2012 03:43:31 PM 1103 Views

When I had inflamed joints and muscles the osteopath recommended heat and cold. - 06/02/2012 04:13:41 PM 909 Views

Acupuncture is not measurably more effective than a placebo, so I would recommend saving your money. *NM* - 06/02/2012 08:59:21 PM 382 Views
