A good way to piss people off is to intentionally insult them. Last night my son asked me if he was good at annoying people (he is little and had recently annoyed my wife quite a bit). I told him that everybody is good at annoying people because it can be done by any of us with no effort at all. It is more difficult but worth the effort to not annoy people. It seemed to make sense to him.
Stirring up hard feelings on purpose is just bad form as most grown ups can tell you.

A little learning is a dangerous thing.
Do you know the best way to anger an atheist?

Or, you could baptize one of them, posthumously.

I can't think of any reason for an atheist to be annoyed by that.
