You're trying to paint the right as being responsible for Giffords getting shot in the head, not only based on your evidence would you get laughed at by every judge and prosecutor in the country, you'd also get hit with a defamation suit. Your keep quoting Giffords from way back, being a politico and sliming the opposition, I don't care that she got shot, that doesn't make her words true. You don't get that, because you're drunk on kool-aid
If you think it defamation or Palin thinks it "blood libel" you may both sue Giffords for the comments I cited if ya'll think it will restore Palins respectability.
