I think I read once that there are problenms with all the presuurization and stuff too and that women are more apt to suffer physically because of their smaller frames and less bone and muscle density. I can't remember where I saw that but I believe it was in a pretty respectable magazine, just can't remember which one.
But wine was the great assassin of both tradition and propriety...
