I don't think independence is that likely - last I saw around 30% were for it. Though a Tory government in power in Westminster always makes a strong case for it:P

I don't think so either. For all the talk about separatist movements in Europe, I don't really think it's going to happen in either Catalonia, Flanders or Scotland. There's just no sense of urgency to it, and the regions in question have too much to lose and too little to gain.
