I feel safe saying the thing is no better or worse than Graceland, or frankly the pyramids, as gigantic and obnoxious wastes of time go.
Alternatively, if the model actually does take up 88 acres, which would make it like 2500 feet in diameter and bigger than an aircraft carrier or the whole damn Pentagon... yeah, I think I'd be all for that.
