I have a feeling that Disney which makes 3 billion in revenue and over 400 million in profit would not want any form of competitor to its theme parks that use its intellectual property.
if they were smart, they'd let a bunch of dedicated fanboys build it on their own expense then buy it out from them when it becomes popular. as long as they are spending their own money, though, don't count on any lawyers coming out until the thing is turning a profit...
