I did NOT anywhere near claim that ALL the Private Sector is corrupt. I also did NOT deny that the government was free of corruption and infact made it a point to say I was not saying that. But do I really have to throw a textbook at you to show that what I said still holds true throughout time? I would sincerely appreciate if you don't put words in my mouth and jump to extreme conclusions based on half of what I say. Of course if you did THAT you'd hardly be yourself, would you?

I am ONLY saying that I do not feel comfortable with the private sector running wild with no legal accountability with something as important and crucial to health as health insurance.

Or are you really going to make the leap that all government law and regulation is bad as well?


You are now putting words in my mouth, ironically. If you feel I did so, then that wasn't my intent. There is absolutely a place for government regulation in healtcare and insurance.If nothing else, we want no monopolies or cartels.

Please keep in mind that I am a blunt spoken person, if I put a question mark at the end of a sentence, it's a question, not an inference or an attempt to put words in your mouth. In all fairness, the one question mark was not a question, it was a statement on absurdity, I don't assume by any means you think politicians are shining beacons of decency and honor. Since 99% of the population would fall on the floor laughing at hearing someone say so with a straightface, I took as a given you were part of that 99%... I assume the other 1% is in fact deaf, and therefore couldn't hear the statement. I should probably start putting more emoticons in my replies so people know when I am being sarcastic.

You will have to clarify for me though, which particular thing you said "holds true through all time", I missed that, sorry, phones ringing off the hook and emails beeping so I wouldn't be surprised if I read right passed it.
