After all, the way it sounds to me is that he's saying black people, by virtue of their skin color, are completely interchangeable. What do personality, intelligence, grades, and views matter when anyone could be anyone else, as long as they have similarly colored skin? If that isn't racist, I don't know what is.
Not to mention incredibly stupid and divisive.
